How do I place an Order?

To place an order or receive a quote message The Cookie Kitchen facebook page or text me at (830)-900-9650. For a smoother ordering process please include all order info in your message, date, theme, occasion, quantity etc. 

How far In advance do I need to order?

I usually book one-two months in advance so contact me as soon as know about your event. I require two weeks notice dependent on availability. I can sometimes squeeze in an order within a week but it is rare and a rush fee may charged. 

How much do your cookies cost and what is the minimum order?

How do the cookies come packaged and how long do they last?

All cookies come packaged in a bakery box with a clear window. cookies are not individually sealed but, If you are planning to use the cookies more than two days after pickup please let me know so I can heat seal them for freshness. (when heat sealed they last up to 1.5 weeks on the counter or 3 months in the freezer) Party favors in bags tied with ribbon are also available. (See pricing tab.)

Will all the cookies be the same design?

I typically do anywhere from 4-6 different designs per regular dozen order. I LOVE to have creative freedom when decorating your cookies, so if you don't have any ideas in mind or think you lack creativity I would love to help you with that! If you know exactly what you want, that is great as well! (Please see the "pricing" tab for more details.)

How do I pay? Do you require a deposit?

I take payment via paypal. I will email you an invoice once details are discussed. I do require you to pay in advance in order to book your order. If your order is over $60 you have the option to pay half at time of order and half at pickup.

Can you ship your cookies?

I operate under the Texas Cottage Food Laws and cannot ship cookies.

Do your cookies actually taste good?

YES! Not only are the cookies beautifully decorated they do actually taste great! I use royal icing which is a hard drying icing by nature BUT they are not rock hard or crunchy. The cooke base is thick and soft to pair perfect with the royal icing.
